Injured Drivers Fund

Rules and Regulations to be Eligible for
2007 Racing Season Injured Drivers Fund

1. The YCRC member must be a racecar driver and currently a paid YCRC member for the current year of accident.

2. Racecar driver must be signed in as a driver and racing at the time of the accident.

3. If the racecar driver is unable to race or work 10 days after the accident, the driver will receive a check for the amount of $300.00 after the York County Racing Club receives a doctor’s note from the driver stating the approximate time of recovery or return to work.  If the driver is still unable to race or work 30 days after the accident, the driver will receive a second check for the amount of $300.00. 

After that the driver will receive a monthly check for the amount of $300.00, until the driver returns to racing or work up to one year after the date of the accident.
